Clancy Hess has long been a Hansen Music team member with an approach to creating an exciting and fun environment for other team members and customers alike. His eyes and sense of awareness allow him to keep tabs on the store operations and jump in to assist where needed including greetings, logistics, security, and front-end tasks.
